VINCE NEIL Schedules Solo Dates

October 30, 2009

MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil has scheduled the following solo tour dates:

Nov. 14 - Northern Lights Casino - Walker, MN
Nov. 19 - Penn's Peak - Jim Thorpe, PA
Nov. 20 - Northern Lights - Clifton Park, NY
Nov. 25 - Capital One Bank Theatre at Westbury - Westbury, NY
Nov. 27 - Wellmont Theatre - Montclair, NJ
Nov. 28 - Harro East Ballroom - Rochester, NY
Dec. 04 - Snoqualmie Casino-Ballroom - Snoqualmie, WA

In a recent interviewe with Jason Le Miere of RevolverMag.com, Neil stated about the progress of the songwriting sessions for his upcoming solo album, "Just working on the music right now. Haven't gotten in the studio yet, just working on songs. We'll probably get the music done next month. I'll get into vocals in December, should have it finished up by January."

When asked how it is different for him playing with his solo band as opposed to with MÖTLEY CRÜE, Neil sai, "Well, MÖTLEY CRÜE is, you know, MÖTLEY CRÜE, a big production and everything. My thing is basically going out with my fiends and just having a good time and just playing straight-ahead rock 'n' roll. Right now it's just one-offs, so it's I'm home, then we got to fly to the gig, do the gig, then fly back home, where obviously with MÖTLEY we don't do that. Like I said, in 2010, after the record comes out, we'll go out and do a proper tour and get back on the bus."
