VINDER Parts Ways With Singer, Announces Replacement
September 27, 2008VINDER, the German band featuring the songwriting duo of Ralf Schulz and Oli Kaufmann (both of whom were founding members of the legendary TYRAN' PACE, has parted ways with singer Nick Winkler and has replaced him with Dirk Schäffner (THE ARMADA). As a result of the lineup change, all the songs for the group's forthcoming album, "Vitruvian Man", have been re-recorded with Dirk's vocals. A December release via Greece's Sleaszy Rider Records is expected.
Two songs from "Vitruvian Man" — "Serial Killer" and "Vitruvian" — are available for download from the "Media" section at www.vinder.eu.
VINDER will make its live debut with Dirk Schäffner on October 18 at the Air-Axes Festival in Steinenbronn, Germany.
The band's debut album, "Visions of Time", was released in 2006 via Sleaszy Rider.
