Vintage OZZY And SABBATH Classics Unleashed In Vancouver

June 4, 2003

OZZY OSBOURNE's first show with his rejuvenated band — Zakk Wylde (guitar),Jason Newsted (bass),and Michael Bordin (drums) — was a rousing success. The Madman's second Canadian tour in as many years kicked off in Vancouver Sunday night (June 1) and a handful of seldom-played Ozzy classics were unleashed. Newsted was once again the "new kid" and Ozzy added some surprises to the set list to freshen things up even more. Resurrected from his storied past was the not-played-since '89 nugget "Fire In the Sky" and a brand-new BLACK SABBATH medley featuring "The Wizard" (with Ozzy on harmonica!),"After Forever", and "Fairies Wear Boots". The first two songs of the medley have never been played by an Ozzy solo band. The SAB classic "N.I.B." was also featured as an encore, also rarity for Ozzy's solo act.

OZZY's set list for Vancouver, June 1, 2003:

01. War Pigs
02. Mr. Crowley
03. Believer
04. Flying High Again
05. I Don't Know
