VIRGIN STEELE Confirmed For PROGPOWER USA VIII Festival

VIRGIN STEELE has ben confirmed for the ProgPower USA VIII festival, set to take place next fall. Also scheduled to appear are REDEMPTION and RAINTIME.

VIRGIN STEELE's eleventh album, "Visions of Eden", recently entered the Greek national chart at position No. 37. The CD is said to be "quite epic," clocking in at 79 minutes and 57 seconds.

VIRGIN STEELE's last studio release, "Book of Burning", came out in 2002.

VIRGIN STEELE frontman David DeFeis was the featured guest on "The Real Radio Show" on WLIR 107.1 FM on June 25. DeFeis discussed music, life and "Visions of Eden". A few samples of some of the new songs were aired as well. Download an MP3 file containing the audio of the program at this location.

ProgPower USA will return to Center Stage in Atlanta once again in the fall of 2007. The exact date is schedule to be released within the next few weeks. North America's premiere progressive and power metal festival has hosted numerous acts over its seven-year history, including the historic U.S. debuts of bands such as BLIND GUARDIAN, NIGHTWISH, GAMMA RAY, EDGUY, and many more.
