VOIVOD: 'Katorz' To Receive 'Special' Vinyl Release In November

July 25, 2006

VOIVOD's new album "Katorz", which came out today, will receive a vinyl release through The End Records in the fall. The band plans to release a deluxe vinyl version of "Katorz" in November. The LP will come in color vinyl and will include special artwork and packaging designed by VOIVOD artist/drummer Michel "Away" Langevin. The release will be limited to 1,000 copies and sold exclusively through The End Records' mailorder. There will be a pre-order for the LP.

Night of the Vinyl Dead last week also announced plans to release "Katorz" on vinyl. The limited edition of 500 hand-numbered copies, featuring black vinyl and a gatefold color insert, will arrive on July 27.
