VOMITORY Confirmed For Italy's S-HAMMER METAL FEST

July 13, 2005

Swedish death metallers VOMITORY have been confirmed for the S-Hammer Metal Fest, set to take place September 3 in Italy. "Due to misunderstandings and double booking, this means that the band's show at Gothenburg Deathfest unfortunately is cancelled," the group write on their web site.

VOMITORY recently recorded a cover of the song "Mass Appeal Madness" for the upcoming NAPALM DEATH tribute album on No Tolerance Records. The track was mixed by Henrik Larsson, who has worked with the band has on their last four albums. Check out pictures from the recording session at this location.

VOMITORY's fifth album, "Primal Massacre", was released in April 2004 through Metal Blade Records. The follow-up to 2002's "Blood Rapture" was recorded at Studio Kuling in Örebro, Sweden and was mixed at Berno Studio.
