VOODOO SIX Announces First Gig Of 2007
January 9, 2007VOODOO SIX, the band formed by former DIRTY DEEDS bassist Tony Newton, will play its first gig of 2007 this Friday, January 12 at the Purple Turtle, Camden, London, England. The group will be celebrating the upcoming Japanese release (via Universal) of its debut album, "Feed My Soul".
VOODOO SIX has built a great reputation in the last year with appearances at festivals such as Download (England),and Rock am Ring/Rock im Park (Germany),and support slots with IRON MAIDEN, ALICE COOPER and others. Guitarist Richie Faulkner has also recently been on loan to Lauren Harris, daughter of MAIDEN's Steve, on her gigs supporting IRON MAIDEN in Japan and Europe.
