VOODOO SIX To Debut New Material At London Show
March 2, 2009VOODOO SIX, the British band formed by ex-DIRTY DEEDS bassist Tony Newton, will take a break from recording the follow-up to its critically acclaimed debut album, "First Hit for Free", to play a one-off concert at London's Scala on March 20. They will be debuting new songs from their forthcoming LP at the show.
"First Hit for Free" was released in continental Europe in October 2008 via Locomotive Records. The CD, which was issued in the U.K. in March 2008, was mixed by Mike Fraser (AC/DC, AEROSMITH, GUNS N' ROSES, METALLICA).
