VREID To Perform At CMJ MUSIC MARATHON In New York

VREID, the Norwegian band formed by former WINDIR members Hváll (bass),Steingrim (drums) and Sture (vocals, guitar),will participate in the CMJ Music Marathon & Film Festival in New York at the end of October. This is one of the most prestigious American music events, and VREID will present its brand new album, "Milorg", which is scheduled for release on January 5, 2009 via Indie Recordings. The band will play at the Vice magazine showcase on October 22 at The Studio/The Webster Hall and at the Knitting Factory/Tap Bar on October 25 as a part of the official CMJ program.

VREID released its third album, "I Krig (At War)", in Norway on May 8, 2007 via Indie Recordings.
