WALLS OF JERICHO Extends Tour With KITTIE

March 27, 2007

WALLS OF JERICHO has announced that its national tour with KITTIE has been extended by another month.

WALLS OF JERICHO is very pleased with this turn of events, according to vocalist Candace Kucsulain. "We have been having such a blast on this tour with the other bands, it's incredible," she says. "This weekend was St. Patrick's Day, and we all went next door after we played to watch this cover band, and ended up dancing, stage diving and other debauchery. Everyone is so great, giving 110% when they perform, and we are really excited to be able to go out with them again."

The April leg of the tour will include support acts IN THIS MOMENT and I KILLED THE PROM QUEEN, and the band is sure that it will be as successful as the previous leg, predicts Candace. "This tour line up is so diverse that we are playing to kids that have never heard of us before," she says. "They looked scared to death when we got out there, but by the end we had them dancing and bobbing their heads."

Following the second tour with KITTIE, WALLS OF JERICHO will embark on its first-ever tour of Japan as the support act for STONE SOUR, which is something that they have been looking forward to for a long time. "This will be our first time in Japan, and we are so beyond excited," Candice says. "We did Family Values tour with STONE SOUR, and they are such a kickass band that I was listening to them in my car every day after that tour."
