WAR OF ATTRITION: Syracuse Footage Available

May 12, 2008

A special episode of UVTV's "Heavy Metal Podcast" is a live concert series podcast of WAR OF ATTRITION filmed at the newly reopened legendary Lost Horizon in Syracuse, New York.

WAR OF ATTRITION's debut EP, "And The Void Stared Back", was released last fall by the Syracuse-based label Krom Records, which is operated by EARTH CRISIS, FREYA and PATH OF RESISTANCE frontman Karl Buechner.

WAR OF ATTRITION delivers the percussion of TESTAMENT and the catchiness of CARCASS's razor sharp hooks. Frontman Billy Price provides and completes the bands sonic assault with all of the power of Jorge from MERAUDER and the cadences in the vein of NAPALM DEATH's Barney Greenway. While the band's metal and harcore following has been mainly word of mouth in the Northeast, the buzz has increased nationwide over the airwaves with radio play on Orlando's The Dungeon, 105.1 The Backyard, and on the largest all-metal radio show in Arizona.
