WARTUNE: New Demo Tracks Posted Online

September 25, 2008

Slovenian death/thrash metallers WARTUNE have posted two brand-new demo tracks on their MySpace page. The songs available for streaming are "I am Become Death (The Destroyer of Worlds)" and "Future Projections".

According to the group, "The sound isn't the best (we recorded the stuff in three days),yet it shows the idea and originality, that we tried to capture throughout the process of creating, and than, of course, also recording these songs. It was pretty interesting, it took us further into experimenting with some sounds, we even included guitar synts and keyboards in some of the parts of the new songs. It was really a creative and also learning process (as we always try to progress, invidualy and as instrumentalists),more than anything else and the final result is a showcase of WARTUNE in 2008/ 2009."

Basisst Hudrap Tilen states: If everything goes well, our first full-length album, tentatively titled 'Factual Perspective', should be out in March or April 2009. Expect a composition of fast riffing, crushing sound, catchy, technical drumming with monster bass tracks, filling the whole 'sound scheme' with jazzy Victor Wooten stuff and screaming growls in total 'old-school' death metal vein."

WARTUNE is:

Tomaž Hostinger - Lead Vocals
Tilen Hudrap - Bass
Gašper Oswald - Lead & Rhythm Guitars
Lenart Mlinar - Drums And Percussion
