On Saturday, August 22, FOO FIGHTERS joined forces with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles) for a special performance celebrating Gustavo Dudamel, the beloved conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California.

FOO FIGHTERS frontman Dave Grohl previously shared the stage with Dudamel at Coachella 2025, where he joined the Venezuelan maestro and the Los Angeles Philharmonic for powerful orchestral renditions of FOO FIGHTERS songs "The Sky Is A Neighborhood" and "Everlong" at the Outdoor Theatre of the Indio, California music festival.

Sunday night's (August 23) "A Concert For Venezuela" will mark the conclusion of Dudamel's 17 years as music director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic before he moves east to helm the New York Philharmonic, the finale of four nights of "Celebrating Gustavo" at the Hollywood Bowl. "A Concert For Venezuela" will be a special fundraising concert event benefiting Dudamel's home country and those affected by the terrible earthquakes from earlier this summer.

As previously reported, FOO FIGHTERS will take a special one-off detour from their "Take Cover" global stadium tour to fill in for their friends THE PRETTY RECKLESS as special guests of AC/DC for one night only on September 8 at The Dome at America's Center in St. Louis, Missouri. The performance brings two generations of rock's biggest live acts together for a one-night-only event, with the FOO FIGHTERS opening for the hard rock legends' St. Louis tour stop. FOO FIGHTERS are currently in the midst of the North American leg of their massive "Take Cover" stadium tour and recently announced a series of South American shows to take place in early 2027.
