WEAPON 13, the band featuring original HIRAX bassist Gary Monardo, guitarist Bob Savage, drummer Johnny Tabares (a member of HIRAX during the "Raging Violence" era) and vocalist Rob Perkins (ex-WARGOD),has just released an eight-song EP via Marquee Records entitled "Monster Reborn". The EP includes five songs from the rare COLD BLOOD demo which was recorded in 1987 and three new thrashing anthems from the WEAPON 13 demo.

WEAPON 13 is currently writing new material for a full-length CD, tentatively due in 2008. Monardo promises it will be a throwback to the '80s thrash and crossover style.
