WEDNESDAY 13 To Support ALICE COOPER On West Coast

According to a posting on Wednesday 13's official web site, the MURDERDOLLS frontman will support ALICE COOPER on the following dates:

Oct. 27 - Portland, OR - Roseland Theater
Oct. 28 - Eugene, OR - McDonald Theater*
Oct. 29 - Tacoma, WA - Emerald Queen Casino
Oct. 31 - Anaheim, CA - The Grove

In a recent interview with DCExaminer.com, Wednesday 13 explained that he was recruited into the army of horror metal 20 years ago, oddly enough through an ALICE COOPER commercial during an episode of "People's Court".

While his parents were watching Judge Wapner and Rusty the Bailiff hold court, the 10-year-old North Carolina native was playing with his G.I. Joe figures when a commercial advertising an upcoming ALICE COOPER show at the Charlotte Coliseum came on.

"I turn around and I see this guy — or this girl or whatever the hell it is — and it's like a 30-second snippet of everything he does: He's holding a snake, he's hanging, he's in an electric chair, he's in a guillotine. I already liked horror movies and I'm like, 'That guy's a horror movie with guitars. What the hell is this?' " said Wednesday, who then asked his parents who the shock rocker was. "And they go, 'Oh, he's the guy who bites the heads of chickens.' And in my mind, I'm going, 'Really.' "

In other tour news, 13 will also be haunting Europe again this fall. The "Tour from the Crypt" will cover the U.K., Italy, Germany and other countries. Confirmed dates are as follows:
