WHITECHAPEL Signs With METAL BLADE RECORDS

Metal Blade Records has announced the signing of Knoxville, TN death/grind metal band WHITECHAPEL. The group's new album is tentatively due next year.

"We have all grown up listening to bands on Metal Blade so this is a dream come true for us," the group said in a statement. "We are grateful for the opportunity that Brian Slagel, Mike Faley, and everyone else at Metal Blade has given us, and are anxious to see what the future brings. Keep a look out for upcoming information about our debut release on Metal Blade as well as future tour plans. A big thanks to all of our fans, without you we could have never gone this far."

With the lineup of the band at its strongest and best it has ever been, the release of their highly anticipated full-length album, entitled "The Somatic Defilement" (Candlelight),and their freshly inked deal with Metal Blade Records, there is nothing that can stop them now.
