WHITESNAKE's DOUG ALDRICH Demontrates New MARSHALL Amp At MUSIKMESSE; Video Available

April 7, 2009

Video footage of WHITESNAKE/ex-DIO guitarist Doug Aldrich demonstrating the new Marshall Haze tube amp during the Musikmesse Frankfurt 2009 fair, which was held April 1-4 in Frankfurt, Germany, can be viewed below.

WHITESNAKE will team up with British heavy metal legends JUDAS PRIEST for a number of North American shows this summer.

WHITESNAKE and JUDAS PRIEST last toured together in South America during 2005 to great critical and commercial success and maintain a great friendship. WHITESNAKE will also be headlining several of its own U.S. shows during the tour with JUDAS PRIEST.

WHITESNAKE's appearance at U.K.'s Download festival in early June will coincide with action-packed re-releases of the multi-platinum albums "Slip Of The Tongue", marking its 20th anniversary, and "Slide It In", which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. A special edition of the band's 2008 album "Good To Be Bad", featuring bonus tracks, will be released around the same time.

WHITESNAKE's June 14 show at Download will mark the fourth time the band has performed at Donington Park (previous appearances took place in 1981, 1983 and 1990).
