WHITESNAKE, SEPULTURA, SAXON, ICED EARTH Featured On 'Rock S'Cool Vol. III' DVD

More than ever, the metal label Steamhammer/SPV counts among the most important record imprints worldwide. Among the renowned artists on the company's roster are international stars such as WHITESNAKE, MOTÖRHEAD, HEAVEN AND HELL, ICED EARTH, SAXON, ALICE COOPER, HELLOWEEN, KAMELOT, GAMMA RAY, TYPE O NEGATIVE and SEPULTURA. "Rock S'Cool", out on November 17, 2008, will present these acts on a top-value compilation. The DVD, "Rock S'Cool Vol. III - A Spanking Good Clip Collection", will be part three of the series launched in spring 2006, presenting 24 video clips, also with a total playing time of 120 minutes.

The DVD will feature such legendary clips as ICED EARTH's "Ten Thousand Strong" and WHITESNAKE's "Lay Down Your Love", the current KAMELOT and SAXON songs, "Rule The World" and "I've Got To Rock (To Stay Alive)", and MOONSPELL's haunting "Scorpion Flower" clip, as well as cult videos such as "Phobia" (KREATOR),"Into The Storm" (GAMMA RAY),and "September Sun" (TYPE O NEGATIVE). The bonus material will include a discography with 30-second snippets of each song and each album, various DVD trailers among others, iPod videos of each track, an interesting CD-ROM section, and an eight-page booklet.

This extensive campaign demonstrates Steamhammer/SPV's exceptional position in the world of heavy metal music. The DVD will be available at a particularly reasonable fan friendly price. Between the beginning of November and the end of December 2008, fans will also be able to get hold of a select album by each of the artists at a reduced price as part of a special retail campaign.
