WHITESNAKE, WARRANT, KIP WINGER and SLAUGHTER are strongly rumored to be teaming up for the 2003 installment of the Rock Never Stops Tour, tentatively set to kick off on July 18. Exact cities and dates are expected to be announced soon. Last year's edition of Rock Never Stops featured TESLA, VINCE NEIL, SKID ROW and JACKYL.
