First grand prize winner will receive a prize package which consists of the following items; (i) a trip for winner and one guest to Phoenix, AZ on or about July 7, 2006, including: round trip coach class airfare from a commercial airport near winner's residence, as selected by Spencer Gifts LLC; ground transportation to and from hotel/scheduled concert performance; double occupancy hotel accommodations as selected by Spencer Gifts LLC for one night ; (ii) two tickets and two backstage passes to the currently scheduled Ozzfest concert event to be held at the Cricket Pavilion on or about July 7, 2006, (iii) one half (½) hour meeting and guitar lesson with Zakk Wylde of BLACK LABEL SOCIETY with a guitar to be provided from Zakk Wylde's personal guitar collection.
