WINTERSUN's "Time I" is nominated in the "Metal Album Of The Year" category at next year's Emma Gaala (Finnish Grammy equivalent),which will be held on March 1, 2013 at Barona Areena in Espoo, Finland. They will be going up against MOKOMA ("180 Astetta"),NIGHTWISH ("Imaginaerum"),TERVEET KÄDET ("Musta Hetki"),and STAM1NA ("Nocebo").

"Time I" sold nearly 4,000 copies in its first week of release in the United States to land at position No. 109 on The Billboard 200 chart.

"Time II" will be released in 2013.

ELUVEITIE is performing its latest concept album, "Helvetios", in its entirety during the band's current North American co-headlining tour with WINTERSUN. The trek commemorates ELUVEITIE's 10th anniversary as well as serves as WINTERSUN's introduction to North American shores. This momentous event also includes the German pagan metal band VARG.

"Helvetios" sold 4,200 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 143 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD landed at position No. 3 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
