WITHIN TEMPTATION: New Single To Feature Guest Appearance By KEITH CAPUTO

December 12, 2006

Dutch female-fronted symphonic metal band WITHIN TEMPTATION has issued the following update:

"First of all, we can announce that our new single will be titled 'What Have You Done'. In January, you'll be able to hear and see it on your local radio and TV station. A couple of weeks later, you'll be able to buy the single online or through your local record store. We're proud to tell you that this single features Keith Caputo as a guest singer. You might know him from his solo work or as a singer of LIFE OF AGONY. We feel that he's done a great job with this song, and we hope you'll feel the same way.

"Secondly, we will be playing in many countries next spring as a part of our European tour! The dates will go on sale this week, check out the tour page for more information on the exact venues, cities, dates and ticket outlets. We're very excited to play live again, to play our new material and to see all of you there. If you didn't know yet what to get your parents and friends for Christmas, you do now!

WITHIN TEMPTATION will film the video for "What Have You Done" tomorrow (Wednesday, December 13) at Koko in London.

As previously reported, WITHIN TEMPTATION was recently nominated in the "Best Rock Act" category at the TMF Awards, the Dutch equivalent of the MTV Awards. The band's latest album, "The Silent Force", was certified platinum Holland for sales in excess of 80,000 copies. THE CD has reportedly sold more than 600,000 copies worldwide.

WITHIN TEMPTATION vocalist Sharon den Adel and guitarist Robert Westerholt welcomed their first child, a daughter by the name of Luna, on December 7, 2005.
