WITHIN Y Announce New Record Deal, New Album Track Listing

WITHIN Y, the Swedish melodic death metal band featuring former GARDENIAN drummer Thim Blom, have inked a deal with the Gothenburg-based label Gain. The group's sophomore album, "Portraying Dead Dreams", is scheduled for release this spring. A show/listening party will be held at Belsepub/Henriksberg on March 10.

WITHIN Y last year announced the addition of guitarist Niknam Moslehi to the group's ranks. Moslehi joined the band as the replacement for Niklas Almen, who left the group in late 2004.

WITHIN Y's debut album, "Extended Mental Dimensions", was released in March 2004 through Holland's Karmageddon Media (formerly Hammerheart Records). The CD was recorded and mixed during August and early September 2003 at Meta4Music Studios in Gothenburg, Sweden. Artwork was created by art-wizard Niklas Sundin of Cabin Fever Media.
