WOLF Sign European Deal With MASSACRE RECORDS

Swedish metallers WOLF have signed a European deal with Germany's Massacre Records. The group's third full-length album, "Evil Star", will be released on April 26 and will include two bonus tracks. A U.S. release through Prosthetic Records is expected on April 27.

The follow-up to 2002's "Black Wings" was produced by Peter TÃĪgtgren (HYPOCRISY, PAIN) at Abyss studios in Sweden and features artwork by Thomas Holm. Download MP3 samples at the group's official web site: "Evil Star" (mp3),"Black Wing Rider" (mp3).

WOLF recently filmed a video for the track "Wolf's Blood". The theme of the clip, according to a posting on the band's web site, is "THIN LIZZY at 'Top of the Pops' '77 meets JUDAS PRIEST at Budokan in '81."
