WRATH Prepares For MILWAUKEE METALFEST

May 12, 2007

Long-running Chicago metal band WRATH will perform at the Milwaukee Metalfest XIX on Saturday, May 12. This will mark the group's fourth appearance at the festival, held this year at the Waukesha County Expo Center in Waukesha, WI.

Having appeared at one of the first Milwaukee Metalfests back in the late Eighties, WRATH is looking forward to seeing some of the other acts, both new and established. "It will be great to check out many of the bands we have been in contact with over the years," said WRATH guitarist Scott Nyquist. "Bands from our area like LUPARA, LAZARUS, and JUNGLE ROT, as well as newer friends like SOLACE OF REQUEIM are some of the most cutting-edge metal acts today."

Upcoming WRATH shows:

May 12 - Waukesha County Expo Center - Waukesha, WI
May 19 - Cruisers Rock Club - Beach Park, IL
Jun. 02 - Hattrix – Kenosha, WI

WRATH was founded in 1982 by bassist Gary Modica and guitarist Mike Nyrkkanen.
