WRETCHEDPAIN Issues Album Update

January 15, 2009

WRETCHEDPAIN, the Canadian extreme metal project led by Joey Glacken, has issued the following update:

"We're still writing, demoing and getting ready to bring brutality to your front door! There are some spring/summer tours in the works and we'll have more information on that as they are confirmed. As of right now, it looks like we'll be self-producing the album and having Zeuss [SHADOWS FALL, HATEBREED] mix everything once the time is right. I was hoping to have set dates for everything by the time I wrote this update, but the holidays, Canadian snowstorms, family tragedies and everyday life have postponed completion of the project once again. Hopefully, in about a month, we'll have a new studio ready track up for you to bang your head to!"

WRETCHEDPAIN's recording lineup is as follows:

Joey Glacken - Vocals, Guitar
Sam Bean (MITHRAS, THE BERZERKER) - Guitar
Kevin Talley (DAATH, CHIMAIRA, MISERY INDEX) - Drums
Marcin "Novy" Nowak (VADER, BEHEMOTH) - Bass
Dan Mackie (MDM) – Electronics
