WRETCHEDPAIN: 'We've Got Some Killer Metal Coming Your Way'

September 14, 2007

WRETCHEDPAIN, the Canadian extreme metal project led by Joey Glacken, has issued the following update:

"Well, we've got some killer metal coming your way and I [Joey] can't wait for you all to hear it! We have about 10 songs in the works and we'll be picking through and figuring out which ones will work out best for the EP. I figure we'll stick with about six or seven killer tunes for you. Kevin Talley [DAATH, ex-CHIMAIRA, MISERY INDEX; drums] is heading into the studio in Atlanta this weekend to record the drum tracks and then it's all up hill from there! I hope to have the guitars and bass tracked soon after and the vocals soon after. I'm hoping to have everything wrapped up by the end of October and have a track available for your ears. That is, of course, if everything goes well. With that being said, we're still looking for a label to release it. Which I hope won't be too long afterwards. Sam Bean [THE BERZERKER] and I have written some heavy damn songs and Kevin is going to make them a million times heavier!"
