WRITTEN IN TORMENT: Debut Mini-CD Out Now

"The Uncreation", the first release from U.K. black metal band WRITTEN IN TORMENT, has been made available via new Canadian label None More Black Records. Check out audio samples at this location. Composed and performed solely by WRITTEN IN TORMENT member The Leviathan and produced by Jonny Maudling of BAL-SAGOTH, the mini-CD comprises "four tracks of the uncompromising kind of black metal that hearkens back to the glory days of the likes of EMPEROR and the original greats of the genre, whilst at the same time having its own sound and demonstrating a unique skill," according to a press release. The Leviathan has also recently joined U.K. black metal veterans HEATHEN DEITY on lead guitar. HEATHEN DEITY themselves are currently working on a new album for release in 2007.
