WYKKED WYTCH Films 'Sweet Dreams' Video; Photos Available
January 24, 2008Florida's WYKKED WYTCH has finished shooting a video for its cover of EURYTHMICS' "Sweet Dreams". "We shot the video in New York City two weeks ago," the band writes on its MySpace page. "The video is directed by Kevin Custer (MADBALL, UNEARTH) and produced by Dale 'Rage' Resteghini (MUDVAYNE, TRIVIUM, HATEBREED) of Raging Nation Films. Currently the video is being edited and we hope to have a teaser and behind-the-scenes footage on our site next week."

WYKKED WYTCH recently posted four songs from its fourth album, "Memories of a Dying Whore", on the group's MySpace page. The CD, which was released through the band's own label Perish Music, is available for online purchase and will expand to retail outlets worldwide later this month.
According to a press release, "Memories of a Dying Whore" was remixed by Eric Rachel (THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, ATREYU, GOD FORBID) at Trax East Studios and was mastered by Alan Douches (UNEARTH, MASTODON, SHADOWS FALL) at West West Side Music in New York.
A five-minute interview with WYKKED WYTCH vocalist Ipek and guitarist Gio Geraca conducted in September 2007 at the Trax East Studios in New Jersey during the mixing sessions for "Memories of a Dying Whore", can be viewed below.
