10 YEARS Line Up More Shows

May 29, 2006

Launch Radio Networks reports: 10 YEARS is lining up more headlining U.S. dates for the summer, with five shows in late June and early July tentatively confirmed and more to be announced shortly. The group will take SOIL and FAKTION out as support on the trek. 10 YEARS just completed its first-ever headlining jaunt in support of its 2005 debut album, "The Autumn Effect".

Singer Jesse Hasek told Launch that the band and its crew have found a new way to pass the time on tour when they're not traveling, playing or doing interviews. "Recently, a lot of the guys have gotten together to form a workout alliance," he said. "We all try to exercise and we found out the payoff to that is we feel a lot better, and we wake up not feeling like we've been hit by a train. We wake up and feel like we have energy for a change."

10 YEARS shot two new music videos last Monday (May 22) at the legendary Whisky A Go Go club in Los Angeles, for the band's current single, "Through The Iris", and the title track of "The Autumn Effect".

10 YEARS recently made an EP of four acoustic tracks available exclusively through the iTunes online music store. The digital EP includes unplugged versions of "Wasteland" and "Through The Iris".

Tentative 10 YEARS tour dates:

Jun. 20 - Beaumont, TX - Cactus Canyon
Jun. 21 - Baton Rouge, LA - Varsity Theatre
Jun. 24 - Pensacola, FL - Seville Quarter
Jun. 25 - Tallahassee, FL - Floyd's
Jul. 02 - El Paso, TX - El Paso Country Coliseum (w/ PUDDLE OF MUDD)
