August 25, 2005

On Friday, August 26 at 10:30 p.m., tune your radio dials to Long Island, NY's 98.5 "The Bone" for a special hour-long interview with ZO2 and DJ Mark "The Animal" Mendoza from TWISTED SISTER. ZO2 will be promoting their upcoming show at The Downtown with their good friends DANGER DANGER on Saturday, August 27. The band will also be sharing more stories from last year's KISS/POISON tour.

A power trio from Brooklyn, NY, ZO2 defied the odds becoming the only unsigned band ever to open for legendary rock gods KISS on last year's 40-city national tour with POISON. ZO2 has since opened for many other national acts including BRET MICHAELS, TWISTED SISTER, JOE LYNN TURNER, ZEBRA and ASIA, among others.

ZO2's energetic sound and exciting stage show can be seen every Monday night at New York's Arlene's Grocery. Check out www.zo2.com for more information and upcoming shows.
