Swedish power metallers ZONATA have officially split up.
"[A couple of weeks ago] the rest of the band decided to call it quits and so it did happen," manager Jonas Hagström said in a statement.
"I spoke to [singer/vocalist] Johannes Nyberg . . . about all this and he said that maybe someday in the future it would be cool to do one more album, but at the moment the guys are concentrating on basic life really.
"Who knows maybe someday ZONATA will rise again."
ZONATA's third studio album, "Buried Alive", was released last year through Century Media Records.
