ACE FREHLEY: More Photos From Kiss Coffeehouse Party Posted Online
June 19, 2007Ace Frehley (KISS) fan site Space Ace Online has uploaded photos from the first anniversary party of the Kiss Coffeehouse, which took place Saturday (June 16) at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's Broadway at the Beach. Ace Frehley performed his signature song "Shock Me" with KISS tribute band MR. SPEED at the party. According to KissOnline.com, Ace was escorted from the stage after the performance as the crowd chanted "Ace, Ace, Ace." Video footage of the performance can be viewed at YouTube.
Prior to his performance, Ace greeted over 2,000 fans at the Kiss Coffeehouse. He signed tattoos, clothing, gold albums, photos and just about every collectible imaginable. Paul Stanley called from Hawaii to wish Ace well, and the two of them spent 15 minutes catching up before Ace continued signing autographs. Ace was in great spirits throughout the five hours he spent at the Coffeehouse and seemed genuinely excited to meet with the fans.
