AEROSMITH Bassist To Guest On Boston Radio

April 17, 2008

AEROSMITH bassist Tom Hamilton will guest on Boston's Kiss 108 FM on Friday, April 18 around 7:00 a.m. EST to talk about his comedic role in the annual "Banned In Boston". This year the event takes place on Saturday, April 26 at the Theater at MIT's Kresge Auditorium.

"Banned In Boston" puts entertainers, business leaders, and politicians together to poke fun at local and national news stories, all while raising several hundred thousand dollars for Urban Improv's programs in the New England area.

Hamilton previously told The Pulse of Radio he's glad to have the chance to help out some people who are less fortunate than he's been in his life and career. "I just like the idea that it's sort of the well-to-do white community reaching out to the inner-city minority community, and show people that, you know, you can't stereotype," he said. "You know, there's a lot of people who do give a shit, and not just the people that are in those neighborhoods."
