AFTER FOREVER Guitarist Releases Song From HDK Project

March 5, 2007

AFTER FOREVER guitarist/songwriter Sander Gommans has uploaded a song from his HDK project to his MySpace page. Entitled "Request", the track "is one of the more melodic ones with André Matos (ex-ANGRA, SHAAMAN, VIRGO) on vocals," says Sander. "[I] have to redo the grunts but I just wanted to give you a glimpse of this side of HDK. This song is about... MySpace."

HDK's musical direction was previously described by Gommans as "modern trash/death metal with a lot of melodic influences." The following musicians are currently involved with the project:

Sander Gommans (AFTER FOREVER) – Guitar, Vocals
Ariën van Weesenbeek (GOD DETHRONED) - Drums
Peter Vink (STAR ONE, AYREON) - Bass
Mike Scheijen (37 STABWOUNDZ) - Vocals
Patrick Savelkoul (CALLENISH CIRCLE) - Vocals
André Matos (ex-ANGRA, SHAAMAN, VIRGO) - Vocals
