ALICE COOPER To Play Korea For First Time

February 26, 2008

According to the Korea Times, Alice Cooper will play in Seoul, Korea for the first time. Cooper, the 60-year old pioneer of shock rock music, will perform at the Melon-AX March 29.

During an appearance on "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" on February 18, Cooper stated that he is baffled about his exclusion from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame — he's convinced he must have done something to offend the organizers.

Cooper is one of the most high-profile absentees from the Hall of Fame, which honors the greatest achievers in the world of rock — and he can't understand why. "It's not a popularity contest," he said, according to the World Entertainment News Network. "It's how they decide who's going to be in the hall of fame. I must have stepped on someone's glasses or something. Apparently I did something bad to somebody. I can't imagine what. I've been a model citizen in rock and roll."
