ANGER AS ART To Enter Studio In May

Los Angeles thrashers ANGER AS ART will enter the studio in May to begin recording their new album, "Disfigure", tentatively due this summer via via Old School Metal Records. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include:

* Crush
* Appease An Angry God
* Master Becomes The Slave
* Feels Like Blood
* Disfigure
* They All Fall Down
* Live In Fear
* New Breed Of Violence
* I Am Your Enemy

Commented vocalist/guitarist Steve Gaines: "It feels to me like we have been away forever — we have. I am not used to being a studio rat — I am itching to get out and play live. It is coming, and will be worth the wait."

Gaines previously stated about the new material, "'Disfigure' will be our first record to feature Dave Chedrick (drums) and Angelo Espino (bass),and will certainly be a speed/thrash feast in the old-school vein."

ANGER AS ART's latest album, "Callous and Furor", was released on October 31, 2006 via Old School Metal Records.
