ANNA KJELLBERG Leaves SUPERFIX, Seeks Full-Time Band

October 9, 2003

Former DRAIN STH bassist Anna Kjellberg has officially parted ways with SUPERFIX (mp3),the project she formed three years ago with ex-DRAIN STH drummer-turned-vocalist Martina Axen.

"After playing with Martina for 14 years, I decided it was time to move on," Anna told BLABBERMOUTH.NET. "We have grown apart musically and didn't have the same vision anymore. It's the end of an era, but I'm looking forward to pursue other projects now. I'm looking for a new full-time band, and in the meantime, I'm the touring bass player for New York-based industrial metal band HANZEL UND GRETYL. Check out www.hanzelundgretyl.com. I'll go out with them again in Oct.-Nov. on a tour we'll do together with GENITORTURERS."

"I don't know what I'll do next, but I'm open to see what the future holds. If any signed/touring band reading this is in need of an evil bass player, get in touch with me! I'm still based out of L.A."
