ANTHRAX Guitarist SCOTT IAN: 'It's Been A Crazy Week'

September 12, 2006

ANTHRAX guitarist Scott Ian has issued the following update:

"It's been a crazy week. Played [House of Blues in West Hollywood, California] with [fiancée] Pearl [Aday; singer and Meat Loaf's daughter] Wednesday [Sept. 6], flew to [New York City] Thursday and met my friends at Blue Ribbon (best fried chicken in the world) for dinner and beer until 3:30 and then got up for two meetings on Friday at VH1 and then flew home [to California]. The wekend was also a blur of food and booze with Bonnie Raitt at the Greek Saturday night (Rollins show I went to as well) and our friends' 30th [birthday bash]. Seems like everyone is turning 30 or 40 and there's babies everywhere!

"Jammed with Joey [Vera; ARMORED SAINT/FATES WARNING bassist] yesterday. And now it's Tuesday and I'm making New Year's plans!!!

"I'll be in NYC next week for the Comedians Of Comedy at Irving Plaza. More Paul Booth work on my leg as well!!!"
