APOCALYPTICA, HIM, STAM1NA, MOKOMA Nominated For 'Metal Album Of The Year' Award At EMMA GAALA

APOCALYPTICA and HIM are among the nominees in the "Metal Album Of The Year" category at next year's Emma Gaala (Finnish Grammy equivalent),which will be held on February 26, 2011 at Barona Areena in Espoo, Finland. The awards ceremony will be televised on Finnish TV channel YLE TV2 on February 26 at 20:10-21:50 and 22:05-22:35 (live) and will be rebroadcast the next day.

"Metal Album Of The Year" nominees are as follows:

* APOCALYPTICA - 7th Symphony
* HIM - Screamworks: Love In Theory And Practice
* MOKOMA - Sydänjuuret
* STAM1NA - Viimeinen Atlantis

HIM and STAM1NA were also nominated in the "Band Of The Year" category, while APOCALYPTICA and HIM are up for the "Music Video Of The Year" award, for "End Of Me" and "Heartkiller", respectively. Elsewhere, STAM1NA's "Viimeinen Atlantis" was nominated for "Album Of The Year" and RECKLESS LOVE is competing for the "Newcomer Of The Year" award.
