ARCTICFLAME Signs With PURE STEEL RECORDS

April 22, 2008

New Jersey power metallers ARCTICFLAME have inked a deal with Pure Steel Records for the release of their second album, "Declaration". The CD is tentatively due in September.

Commented the band: "The one thing that stood out was that Pure Steel Records was very interested in working with the band on this release. It took about two days to come to an agreement and we express our thanks to Volker and the crew."

A new ARCTICFLAME track, entitled "Disciples of the Flame", was recently posted on the group's MySpace page.

ARCTICFLAME is currently writing material for the next full-length album and for the "Salem Gun Witch" EP series.

ARCTICFLAME last year announced the addition of guitarist Steve Demalion to the group's ranks. Steve previously played for the '80s rock band WARRIOR, touring with them for three years throughout Canada and the U.S. Having recently moving to New Jersey from Tacoma, Washington, he answered an Internet ad placed by ARCTICFLAME, who were seeking a replacement for departed guitarist Don Dioro.
