AVENGED SEVENFOLD recently cancelled two more shows on ts current tour due to "artist illness" — last night's (September 9) concert in Quebec City and tonight's gig in Montreal have both been called off and are expected to be rescheduled.
As previously reported, AVENGED SEVENFOLD's September 7 sold-out concert at Rams Head in Baltimore, Maryland was also cancelled.
AVENGED SEVENFOLD last month called off its appearance at England's Reading festival and scrapped the rest of its UK dates because of singer Matt Shadows's strained throat. An announcement posted by the band online stated, "(Shadows') doctors in the United Kingdom and Los Angeles have both advised him that he must rest his voice and cannot perform. Thankfully there are no long-term problems and with proper rest, Matt will return to the road shortly."
