Bassist MARTEN ANDERSSON Issues Update On LEGACY, STARWOOD

May 11, 2005

Bassist Marten Andersson (STARWOOD, LIZZY BORDEN, GEORGE LYNCH, LEGACY) has issued the following update:

"It's been a while since I posted something so here are some news. There is a lot of good stuff is going on right now. The LEGACY CD is coming out this summer in places it was never released and the buzz has been really good, I couldn't be more excited. We are in the midst of shooting some video promotion material, it's being produced by our guitarist Jonas Hansson and it's looking pretty cool. Some of this will be shown as part of our appearance on a TV show called 'Metal Scene', that we are shooting at the Adelphia TV Studios in Van Nuys in a couple of weeks. Keep checking the LEGACY website for exact airdate and and more news if you are interested.

"The STARWOOD CD is doing really well, especially in places like Japan. We can't wait to head over there and put on our live show, I hope it happens soon. There is a new video, new killer songs and much other cool stuff in the works for STARWOOD. As you know things in this business don't always pan out so just keep checking the STARWOOD site for the latest confirmed items.

"Moving on to the live stuff. STARWOOD is booked to play a cool rock set for our friend Joe Sutton's birthday party on Thursday — May 12th. For those of you who don't know, Joe Sutton is one of the few people that is bringing live rock shows back to Hollywood. The party is at Club Vodka (7969 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood. Thursday May 12th - we go on at 11:00pm). Also, It seams like I am heading out for another tour, playing with George Lynch. There is no cities and dates announced but it would be in June. Keep checking my website.

"I will end with a great quote: 'Mr. Spock, the women on your planet are logical. That's the only planet in this galaxy that can make that claim' - Captain Kirk"
