June 10, 2008

BLACK WATER RISING, the Brooklyn-based band featuring ex-members of STEREOMUD, BOILER ROOM and DUST TO DUST, will support KING'S X on the following East Coast shows:

July 25 - Raleigh, NC @ Volume 11
July 26 - Springfield, VA @ Jaxx
July 27 - Asbury Pk, NJ @ The Stone Pony
July 30 - New Haven, CT @ Toads Place

BLACK WATER RISING has released the video for the song "Brother Go On". The clip, which was helmed by up-and-coming director Noah Shulman (SOIL, THE AUTUMN OFFERING),can be viewed below.

According to the band's official bio, "the philosophy of BLACK WATER RISING is simple, they are not looking to reinvent the wheel, they just want to give it a much needed alignment in these musically stale times. Enough bullshit! Crank up your speakers, sit back, spark a bat, and let the music tell the rest of the story."
