CARNAL FORGE Members Form Side Project

CARNAL FORGE/CENTINEX guitarist Jonas Kjellgren, CARNAL FORGE drummer Stefan Westerberg, and ex-S.I.B./ TURABUS bassist/vocalist Mikael Danielsson have joined forces in a new band called WORLD BELOW.

Self-described as "slow, dark, atmospheric, psychedelic, mournful and utterly heavy," WORLD BELOW is said to be "a progressive doom-metal trip influenced by everything from PINK FLOYD via BLACK SABBATH to black metal," according to the band's official web site. A debut album is tentatively due to be released in early 2003 through an as-yet-undetermined label. Meanwhile, you can download the following demo songs via the group's site:
