CATTLE DECAPITATION Begin Recording New Album

San Diego extreme metallers CATTLE DECAPITATION have entered the studio with producer Billy Anderson (SWANS, MR. BUNGLE, SLEEP) to begin recording their new album, due later in the year. "We've been home for almost a year now writing the next record and we're finally rounding the bend and putting it to tape," the band write on their web site. CATTLE DECAPITATION's second full-length album, "Humanure", was released in 2004 via Metal Blade Records. The group's first CD with drummer Michael Laughlin (ex-CREATION IS CRUCIFIXION) featured guest appearances by ex-member Gabe Serbian as well as Justin Pearson and Robert Bray from Gabe's band THE LOCUST.
