CELESTY Announce New Guitarist

November 24, 2005

Finnish metallers CELESTY have announced the addition of guitarist Teemu Koskela to the group's ranks. Koskela replaces longtime axeman J-P Alanen, who left the group to concentrate on his musical studies and his work with fellow Finnish metallers ALTARIA.

Commented drummer Jere Luokkamäki: "Teemu was a natural choice for us. We have already started hard work together in rehearsals and Teemu is participating in the composing work as well. We believe that Teemu will bring lots of new ideas to the songs and sounds in our future albums."

CELESTY are currently writing material for their third full-length effort, tentatively due next year via Dockyard 1, the new company formed by Dirk Putzke, Christine Stephan (both ex-Sanctuary/Noise Records) and Piet Sielck (IRON SAVIOR). The group's last CD, "Legacy of Hate", came out in May 2004.
