'ChildLine Rocks' Concert Featuring JON LORD, GLENN HUGHES To Be Released On CD

According to JonLord.org, the June 1 ChildLine Rocks charity show in London — featuring performances by formerDEEP PURPLE legends Jon Lord and Glenn Hughes; URIAH HEEP; THUNDER; THE PRETTY THINGS; HOT LEG; and Steve Balsamo — will be released on CD.

Concerts Live will make the show available on a limited-edition Instant Live three-CD set. The set will feature two audio CDs and a third photo disc with exclusive instant photos from the night's performances. This will enable fans anywhere — those who went to the show and those who were unable to attend — to experience the music performed on the night while supporting the good cause.

The three-CD-set sells at £20.00, and all profits will go directly to ChildLine — U.K.'s free, 24-hour helpline for children in distress or danger.
