CHIMAIRA, GAMMA RAY, ANNIHILATOR, IRON STEEL Members To Guest On 'The Classic Metal Show'

IRON STEEL guitarist/vocalist Fran Strine, as well as bassists David Ellefson (ex-MEGADETH, F5, TEMPLE OF BRUTALITY) and Jim LaMarca (CHIMAIRA),will guest on this weekend's "The Classic Metal Show". Also scheduled to appear are ANNIHILATOR guitarist Jeff Waters and GAMMA RAY vocalist/guitarist Kai Hansen.

"The Classic Metal Show" is heard every Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. EST at

IRON STEEL, which also features SEVENDUST drummer Morgan Rose and SKID ROW bassist Rachel Bolan, will release its debut EP shortly after the NAMM show this weekend.

Commenting on IRON STEEL, Ellefson said in a press release, "IRON STEEL is the modern-day STORMTROOPERS OF DEATH. It's all bad-ass players throwin' down on one sick disc of metal!"

The men of IRON STEEL — along with Homme De Mystere on guitar, and songwriter Zach Strine) have been slaving away in Tree Sound Studios / Light House Studios in Atlanta, GA, writing and recording five brand new tracks with mega-producer Johnny K. (DISTURBED, 3 DOORS DOWN, STAIND). The new classics — "Attack", "STD", "Pie Eater", "Hail Satan", and "Goth Girl" — were mixed in early January by Shawn Grove (MATCHBOX 20, SEVENDUST).
