As previously reported, a brand new CLUTCH song, entitled "Power Player", can be heard on DRT Entertainment's inaugural podcast, dubbed DRTcast. The 40-minute podcast also features an exclusive interview with Oderus Urungus of GWAR as well as music from SOIL, 36 CRAZYFISTS, STREET DOGS, ARTIMUS PYLEDRIVER, GWAR and POWERMAN 5000. Download it at this location.

CLUTCH entered a West Coast studio in October with producer Joe Barresi (QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, KYUSS, TOOL, WEEZER, MELVINS) to begin recording its new album, due in early 2007.

CLUTCH's "Burning Beard" single is out now on CD featuring the video for "Burning Beard". The U.K.-released vinyl 7" has "Slow Hole To China" on the flip side.

CLUTCH's latest album, "Robot Hive/Exodus", was produced by J. Robbins (JAWBOX, THE DISMEMBERMENT PLAN) at Bearsville Studios in Woodstock, NY, and was mixed at Water Music in Hoboken, NJ.
